31 Arrests in Drug Ring Bust
Do you ever buy drugs from questionable sources? Do you buy from dealers, websites, or other potentially dangerous places? Where do you go when you want to score meth, heroin, cocaine, Molly, ecstasy, or prescription medications like OxyContin, Vicodin, or Percocet? Have you ever considered the consequences of drug usage-like the potential for imprisonment and how that might affect your life? Well, there's a real big story out of Boston this week, as 31 people were arrested in a huge drug bust that took down an entire drug ring. Police say that the drug ring was dangerous and highly organized, and now that they've been taken down, the streets of Boston should be safer.
The bust was led by not only local police, but also other agencies, including the DEA. The whole thing began with a small prostitution complaint, and eventually led to the huge drug ring that police took down. They seized a kilo of heroin, half a kilo of cocaine, marijuana and prescription painkillers, five guns (including four handguns and a rifle) and at least $140,000 in cash. And though 31 people have been arrested (and are presumably going to jail), there are still more drug dealers out there menacing the people of America.
Do you buy illegal or abused drugs from a dealer? Where do you think those drugs come from? Police and judges almost always try to get jail time for drug dealers, but what if they caught you doing drugs? Could you be busted for possession? If you're suffering from drug addiction, don't worry, there is hope available. Call Retreat at Lancaster County to learn more about how our PA rehab center can help you get clean.
